Air Fried Fish Cakes

Ingredients

213g.  Salmon, canned, drained, vertebra removed

2 Eggs

1/4 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

1/8 tsp. Sea Salt

1/4 tsp. Dill, dried (optional)

1/3 c. Cheese Crumbs

Preparation

Air Fry 375°

In bowl place Salmon, 1 Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Sea Salt and Dill

Mix with fork

Scoop out 3 Tablespoons per fish cake, makes 4

Roll each Fish Cake into ball

In small bowl beat one Egg with fork

In another small bowl add 1/4 of the Cheese Crumbs

Flatten Fish Cake between palms of hands slightly

Roll in beaten Egg, then in Cheese Crumbs

Gently press together

Place in Air Fryer

Finish off all Fish Cakes this way

Bake 10-12 minutes

Remove let stand 5 minutes

Serve

~ Don’t saturate Fish Cake in Egg or they will fall apart, just dip and remove
