Bacon Liver Pate

Ingredients

½c. + 1 Tbsp. Beef Fat

5oz. Beef Bacon, Chopped

1 Garlic Clove, minced (optional)

11-12 oz. Beef Liver

1/2 Tbsp. Parsley, dried (optional)

½ tsp. Sea Salt

1/8 tsp. White Pepper (optional)

Preparation

Place ¼ c. Beef Fat in frying pan, melt it


Add chopped Bacon and minced Garlic Clove


Cut Beef Liver into strips

Add sliced Liver to Bacon and Garlic, stir

Cook until lightly pink in the middle


Pour frying pan ingredients into food processor

Add ¼ c. Beef Fat, Parsley, Sea Salt, and White Pepper

Blend until well beaten and fairly smooth


Place in parchment paper covered 4 ½ x 8 Loaf Pan

Melt 1 Tbsp. Beef Fat

Pour on top of Liver Pate


Refrigerate till next day

Remove, cut and place in a container with a lid
