About the Recipe

What you need:

2 Eggs, hard-boiled, cold

1/2 c. Ricotta Cheese

1/4 c. Bacon Fat

1 c. Cream Cheese

1 1/2 c. Heavy Cream

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

What to do:

Beat all ingredients in food processor

Serve or store in sealed container

Top with dab of heavy cream and bacon crumbs.

Pudding is thick.
