About the Recipe

What you need:

1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef

5 1/2 oz. Sausages Meat

2 Eggs yolk

1/4 c. Sour Cream, full fat

1/2 c. Grana Padano Cheese, grated

2 tsp. Sea Salt

3-4 Beef Bacon slices

What to do:

Preheat oven 350° F

Grease 1.4L glass loaf pan, set aside

Mix all meat loaf ingredients together in large bowl except Beef Bacon

Cut piece of plastic wrap little bigger than loaf pan

Place meatloaf in middle of plastic wrap

Form meatloaf little smaller than loaf pan using plastic wrap

Place Bacon on top of Meatloaf

Wrap Bacon around Meatloaf

With Bacon seam facing up, use plastic wrap to lift over top of loaf pan

Place Meatloaf in loaf pan with Bacon seam on bottom

Shape Meatloaf to fit evenly in loaf pan

Bake 65-70 minutes
