Ingredients
What you need:
1 Egg, raw
1 Boiled Egg Yolk
1 1/4 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 c. Bacon Fat, room temp.
Preparation
What to do:
In 2c. jar place Egg, Lemon Juice and Sea Salt, let sit until room temp.
Fat should be close to room tempter but thin pourable
With Immersion Blender, blend ingredients in jar together
Slowly add fat, constantly blending
Move immersion blender up and down slightly while adding fat
Keep blending until all fat is combined
Use or store in sealed jar in fridge
Does become firmer in fridge
