Ingredients
What you need:
Your preference of meat
I have used these beef cuts: Roasts, stew meat, round steak, cheeks, or any tough cuts.

Preparation
What you do:
Place meat in slow cooker
Cover meat with water
Slow cook (mine goes from 1 low to 5 high; I put it on 2 3/4)
Slow cook for approx. 12 hours
Remove meat, place in container
Place metal sieve in metal bowl and pour meat broth through sieve
Pour broth from bowl into wide-mouthed glass jars
Seal jars and cool on heat pad until jars are cool enough to handle
Place in fridge
The fat will separate from the broth when cold. The fat can be removed and used for frying
