About the Recipe

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Beef Fat
12 oz. Beef Liver, cut in slices
1 Garlic, clove cut in slices (optional)
¼ c. Beef Fat, melted
5 oz. Beef Heart
3 oz. Beef Salami
¼ c. Beef Fat, melted
3/4 tsp. Sea Salt
2 tsp. Parsley, dried (optional)
1/8 c. Beef Fat, melted
Preparation
In frying pan place 2 Tbsp. Beef Fat, add Beef Liver and Garlic to pan fry until little pink in middle
Place Beef Liver, and Garlic into food processor (Leave Fat in frying pan)
Fry Beef Salami and Beef Heart until Heart is little pink in middle
Pour frying pan ingredients into food processor
Add ¼ c. Beef Fat, Sea Salt and Parsley to food processor
Beat until smooth
Parchment paper 8.5 x 4.5 inch glass loaf pan
Add pate mixture and press down
Pour melted 1/8 c. Beef Fat on top of pate
Place in the fridge overnight
Cut and move to lidded container
