About the Recipe

Ingredients
7 Eggs, raw (separate 3 eggs)
1/4 c. Dry Cottage Cheese
1/4 c. Cream Cheese
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 Tbsp. Beef Gelatin
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
16 Tbsp. Swish Cheese, grated
8 Hot Dogs, 5” long
Preparation
Preheat oven 350 °F
Place 3 Egg Whites into bowl
Beat until soft peak
Place rest of ingredients except Hot Dogs in blender
Beat well
Pour blender mixture into soft peak egg whites
Using spatula mix well
Pour onto 12” x 18” double lined parchment papered pan with sides
Bake for 23 minutes
Remove bread from pan place on counter
Flip bread with one parchment paper upside down on other piece of parchment paper
Peel off paper discard
Cut into 4” x 6” pieces
Place 2 Tbsp. grated cheese spread out on each piece of bread
Place Wiener on Cheese
Roll tightly to cover wiener
Place back on parchment paper pan seam down
Drizzle some cheese on top of each Beef Roll
Place in hot oven for 8 – 10 minutes
Remove, serve
