Beef Kidney can be surprisingly enjoyable when prepared the proper way

Ingredients
1 Beef Kidney
Heavy Cream enough to cover Kidney
1 Lemon, cut in half
Preparation
Beef Kidney

Clean Kidney cut off hard pieces usually white in color
Cut into bite size pieces or slices
Place cleaned Kidney in bowl
Submerge Kidney in Heavy Cream
Store covered in fridge overnight
Rinse Kidney, discard cream
Take half Lemon and rub it on Kidney
Squeeze lemon juice into bowl of Kidney
Put lemon rind in bowl as well
Cover Kidney with cool water
Leave in bowl approx. 5 minutes
Stir occasionally within the 5 minutes
Rinse well, discard juice and lemon rind
Kidney is ready to use
~Slicing Kidney is easier if frozen with sharp knife
