Ingredients
1 Beef Kidney Prepared Sliced Thin
12 oz. Beef Kidney = 2.1 oz. Dried Kidney = ½ cup Kidney Flour
Preparation
After Beef Kidney is dehydrated, cool
Place dehydrated Kidney in high power blender twister jar or like
Bend into Flour
Make sure Flour is cool before placing in jar
Place Flour in small jar, seal it and store in fridge
