Ingredients

6 Eggs

1 Tbsp. Butter

¼ tsp. Sea Salt

¼ c. Meat Flour

2 oz. Beef Pastrami, cut into small pieces

Preparation

Beat Eggs in a medium bowl

Melt butter

If butter is hot from melting run mixer while pouring butter into eggs

Add Sea Salt and Meat Flour blend well

Add Beef Pastrami and combine


Pour onto a parchment paper covered jelly roll pan

Level mixture onto pan, make sure Pastrami covers the bread


Bake 350 for 15 minutes

Remove from pan and place on a cooling rack

Using scissors or knife cut into desired pieces

Store in sealed container in the fridge
