Â
Notes:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Fat will settle on top, use for frying
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Can use more or less bones and water
-       I like wide-mouthed glass jars. They’re easier to get thick bone broth out of.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Save up steak bones, rib bones, roast bones, or any bone you have.
Enjoy!
