About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 c. Butter salted, room temp.
3 oz. Bone Marrow, cooked
3 Tbsp. Bone Marrow Fat, from cooking
½ tsp. Parsley, dried (optional)
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in to a bowl and using a fork mix well
Spoon or pipe into an ice cube tray
Freeze until hard
Remove from ice cube tray
Place cubes in small bowl that you will eat in the next few days
Store rest in plastic bag in freezer
