Ingredients
6 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Brown Butter or Butter, melted
1/8 c. Heavy Cream
¼ tsp. Sea Salt
¼ c. Ground Beef, fried
¼ c. Beef Salami, diced
¼ c. Gouda Cheese, grated
Pepper to Taste
¼ c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350
Place 9 parchment paper muffin cups in muffin tin
Using a mixer beat Eggs, Butter, Heavy Cream, Sea Salt in a medium bowl
Add Ground Beef, Salami and Gouda Cheese
Combine well
Scoop mixture evenly into cups
Sprinkle Cheddar on top
Bake 23-24 minutes
Enjoy or store in a sealed container in the fridge after cooled
