2 Hard Boiled Eggs, cold

2 c. Heavy Cream

1 c. Dry Cottage Cheese

1 c. Cream Cheese

½ c. Brown Butter

½ tsp. Sea Salt

Using food processor beat Boiled Eggs

Add remaining ingredients and beat well

Pour into a lidded container or serve
