Ingredients
What you need:
8 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 c. Cream Cheese
1 c. Dry Cottage Cheese
1/2 c. Minced Chicken
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350°F
Separate Eggs into two bowls
Beat Egg Whites and Cream of Tartar with hand mixer until stiff
Beat Egg Yolks and remaining ingredients in food processor
Gently fold mixture into Egg Whites with spatula
Pour onto 12" x 18" jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper.
Level out batter
Bake 30 - 35 minutes
Slide bread off pan onto cooling rack
Fold sides of parchment paper down
Cool 5 -10 minutes
Cut into pieces
Remove parchment paper, cool completely on rack
Store in lidded container in fridge
