Ingredients
8 eggs, separated
250 g. Cream Cheese
1 c. Dry Cottage Cheese
½ c. Chicken, minced
½ tsp. Sea Salt
¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar
Preparation
Separate Eggs into two bowl
Beat Egg Whites and Cream of Tartar until stiff
Place Egg Yolks, Cream Cheese, Dry Cottage Cheese, Chicken, Sea Salt in food processor
Beat well
Pour Egg Yolk mixture into Egg Whites
Fold with a spatula gently but well.
Pour onto a parchment paper 12 x 18 pan with sides
Level out batter
Bake 350°
30-35 minutes
