Ingredients
1 ½ c. Cheese Crumbs
½ c. Meat Flour
¼ c. Heavy Cream
2 Eggs, boiled
1 Egg, raw
½ tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients and mix well
Remove mixture and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Flatten dough out into what will look like one large cookie between ¼ - 1/2 inch thick
About 10 inch circle
Dough is a bit sticky use a butter knife to flatten and shape
Using a large knife cut into 8 triangle pieces and slightly separate them
Bake 20 minutes at 350°
Cool on cooling rack
Store in covered container in fridge
If using Whisps use 1c. crushed and omit sea salt
