Ingredients
3 c. Meat Broth
1 c. Bone Broth
5 oz. Beef Bacon, cut into pieces
7 oz. Beef Heart, cut into pieces
7 oz. Beef Tongue, cut into pieces
7 oz. Ground Beef
1 Tbsp. Cricket Flour (optional)
Sea Salt to taste
Preparation
Slow cook beef tongue and use part of the broth from that cooking for this soup
Prepare Beef Tongue
Fry Ground Beef
Place Meat and Beef Broth in a pot
Add Ground Beef and Beef Tongue
Fry Beef Bacon and Beef Heart but keeping pink in the heart
Add to soup pot
Add Cricket Flour (optional)
Sea Salt to taste
Stir and Serve
~I find Beef Heart that is still a bit pink has more flavor
