Cheddar Cheese

What to do:
Preheat oven 350°F
Cut 6 Cheese segments into 1/4" thick by 3" x 3" slices
Use glass bowls to drape melted cheese on.
Cheese will need to hang over the bowl’s bottom
On jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper, place cheese slices. If you want bigger cheese bowls, lay two squares touching otherwise leave 1 1/2" to 2” space between cheese slices
Bake 5 minutes, rotate pan and bake 5 more minutes
Check every 2 minutes after that. It should take approx. 16 minutes
Using paper towel soak up cheese grease (It’s very hot, be very careful with this step)
Cheese needs to be toasted, or paper towel will stick to it, if it sticks cheese is not done
While cheese is still hot, drape over bowls or taco shell molds
When molding cheese to bottom of bowl, stretch hot cheese some to make cheese bowl larger
Cool completely.
Gently remove the cheese from the molds or bowls.
