Ingredients
What you need:
7 oz. Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350°F
Slice Cheese 1/4" slices
Place sliced cheese on 12” x 18” jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper.
Leave 1”– 1 1/2” between each piece of cheese
Bake 15 minutes, check, Baking usually takes 2–3 minutes more until it’s done.
You want the Cheese melted and lightly toasted, you don’t want the cheese soft
Use paper towel to soak up the excess grease from the cheese. CAUTION: It’s very hot.
Cover another pan with paper towels, then move melted cheese to new pan to soak up grease
Also place paper towel on top of cheese
Let sit overnight
Remove melted cheese from pan, place dried melted cheese in food processor
Beat into cheese crumbs (Don’t over beat)
Store in a sealed container in the fridge, or on the counter
