Ingredients
What you need:
3 c. Medium Cheddar Cheese, grated
Preparation
What to do:
Dehydrator temperature 45°C/115°F
Spread Cheese on racks lined with paper towels.
Remove all cheese clumps
You want to dehydrate cheese not melt it
Check after 5 hours, you want it to snap dry
Keep drying another 2 to 4 hours
Shut off dehydrator and let cheese cool
Take cheese off the racks and put it into bowl
Using Blendtec Twister Jar™ or similar, crush dried cheese into powder
Make sure Powder is cool before storing in sealed glass jar in fridge

Note:
·       Different dehydrators may have different drying times
·       Try different hard Cheese for different flavors
