Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Garlic, clove minced (optional)
8 oz. Sausage, sliced
2 c. Bone Broth or/and Meat Broth
5 oz. Beef, ground cooked
½ c. Ricotta Cheese
½ c. Heavy Cream
2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 c. Smoked Gouda, grated
Preparation
In large pot melt Butter add minced Garlic
Add Sausage slices, mix
Add Broth, Beef, Ricotta Cheese and Heavy Cream
Bring to a boil
Turn off heat
Add Grated Cheese (don’t want to totally melt away)
Stir
Serve
