Cheesy Lasagna Pizza

Ingredients

Base:

1 lb. Ground Beef

1 Egg

½ c. Dry Cottage Cheese

1 tsp.  Sea Salt

½ tsp. Basil, dried (optional)

½ tsp. Oregano, dried (optional)

Egg Noodle:  x2

3 Eggs

¼ c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

1 Tbsp. Meat Flour

¼ tsp. Basil, dried (optional)

¼ tsp. Oregano, dried (optional)

Mix all Egg Noodle ingredients together and fry in a 10 - 11 inch frying pan, cook both sides

~ Don’t worry if it breaks you can piece it together on the pizza

Toppings:

3 1/2c.- 4c. Mozzarella Cheese, grated

¾ c. Ground Lamb or Beef, fried

½ c. Dry Cottage Cheese

1/2c. - 1c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

½ c. Feta Cheese, crumbed

Oregano, dried (optional)

Basil, dried (optional)

Preparation

Make 2 Egg Noodle Recipes


How to arrange Pizza:

Add all ingredients of the Base into a bowl and mix well

Flatten Base mixture onto parchment paper covered 12-inch pizza pan

Sprinkle 1c. Mozzarella Cheese on top of uncooked base

Place 1 Egg Noodle in the middle of the pizza

1 c. of Mozzarella Cheese sprinkled on top

Ground Lamb or Beef sprinkled on top

½ c. Cottage Cheese, dry sprinkled on top

½c. Mozzarella Cheese sprinkled on top

 

1 Egg Noodle

Press down lightly

1c. Mozzarella Cheese sprinkled on top

1/2c. Cheddar Cheese sprinkled on top

1/2c. Sprinkle some Feta Cheese Crumbed

Sprinkle a little dried Oregano and Basil (optional)

Press it together a little

Place in a preheated 350° oven 26-30 minutes

Turn on broil and keeping an eye on your pizza cook until nice and brown about 3-5 minutes

Let sit 10 minutes before cutting

Cut and serve
