11 Popsicles or 2 cups pudding

About the Recipe

3 Hard Boiled Eggs, cold

½ c. Hot Coffee

1 tsp. Instant Coffee, sifted

1 1/2 c. Cream Cheese

1 Tbsp. Butter

½ tsp. Sea Salt

Put all ingredients into a food processor

Blend well

Pour into popsicle forms then place in freezer overnight

~ Or can be eaten as pudding
