Ingredients

500g Cottage Cheese

 

Seasoning option 1

2 Tbsp. Cheese Powder/Flour (optional)

½ tsp. Sea Salt (optional but suggested)

Seasoning option 2

½ tsp. Sea Salt

1/8 tsp. White Pepper

Seasoning option 3

½ tsp. Sea Salt

Preparation

Rinse Cottage Cheese in colander under running water

Let stand 10 minutes to drain in sink

Place 2 kitchen towels doubled on counter

Spread Cottage Cheese over towels

Let stand 30 minutes


Put all Dried Cottage Cheese in bowl

Add your choice of seasonings

Mix well with spatula


Place on piece of parchment paper that is a bit smaller than your dehydrating rack

Spread out Cottage Cheese


Place in Dehydrator for 4 hours on 113°

Move to serving bowl

Enjoy
