Ingredients
8 Eggs, separated
¼ c. Meat Flour
½ c. Chicken, minced
¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar
¼ tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
In large bowl add Egg Whites
In food processor add Egg Yolks
With mixer beat Egg White and Cream of Tartar until stiff peak, set aside
Add Meat Flour, Minced Chicken and Sea Salt into Egg Yolks, beat well
Pour Meat Flour mixture into Egg White bowl
Stir gently until mixed
Pour into a 9x 13 baking pan covered in parchment paper
Bake 350 ° for 25 minutes
Move to a cooling rack
Cut
Store in a sealed container in the fridgeÂ
