Ingredients
What you need:
8 Eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1/4 c. Meat Flour
1/2 c. Chicken, minced
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350°F
With hand mixer beat Egg Whites and Cream of Tartar until stiff peaks form, set aside
Mix Egg Yolks and remaining ingredients in food processor
Pour Meat Flour mixture into Egg White bowl, fold gently until combined
Pour onto 9” x 13” jelly roll pan lined with a sheet of parchment paper,
Bake 25 minutes Move to cooling rack
Cut.
Store in fridge in sealed container
