Ingredients
1 Beef Kidney Prepared Sliced Thin
12 oz. Beef Kidney = 2.1 oz. Dried Kidney
Preparation
Take rinsed slices of Kidney and place on double layered paper towel
Place paper towel on top of Kidney
Press down on Kidney to take off excess water
Move dry Kidney pieces to dehydrator racks
Leave space between pieces to let air circulate
Dehydrate 158° for 5-6 hours
