Ingredients
½ c. + 1/8 c. Butter
1 lb. Beef Liver
1 Garlic, clove (optional)
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
3 Hard Boiled Egg Yolks
1 ½ Tbsp. Heavy Cream
½ tsp. Sea Salt
½ tsp. Oregano, dried (optional)
1 tsp. Dry Mustard (optional)
¼ tsp. White Pepper (optional)
Preparation
In frying pan melt ¼ c. Butter
Add Beef Liver and Garlic
Fry Liver until it is pink in the middle
Pour frying pan contents into food processor
Add rest of ingredients Except for 1/8 c. Butter
Blend well
Place pate into sieve and push it through to make smooth pate (optional)
-       Spoon into middle of boiled eggs 1 Tbsp. Per ½ egg
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â If you are placing the pate in bowl, melt 1/8 c. Butter and pour on top.
