Ingredients

1 ½ Tbsp. Cream Cheese

2 c. Heavy Cream

¼ tsp. Sea Salt

4 Eggs Yolks, raw

3 Tbsp. Cheese Powder/Flour

¼ c. Cheese Crumbs

Preparation

Beat Cream Cheese with mixer

Add Heavy Cream beat until thick

Add Sea Salt

Beat each Egg in well before adding next one

Add Cheese Powder, mix

Fold in Cheese Crumbs


Pour into large Zip lock bag

Lay flat, take air out

Freeze, overnight


Cut bag open

Remove Ice Cream

Place on cutting board and cut with large knife

Serve or place in new bag in freezer
