Ingredients
What you need:
2 c. Cottage Cheese
Preparation
What to do:
Place sieve in the sink
Dump Cottage Cheese into sieve
Rinse Cottage Cheese in colander under running water
Let stand 10 minutes to drain in sink
Place 2 clean kitchen towels doubled on counter
Spread Cottage Cheese over towels
Let stand 30 minutes
Pat curds dry with towel
Use or place clean paper towel in bottom of container with lid
Pour Curds into container, seal, place in fridge
Can be kept up to 3 days
