Ingredients
1 Duck
Sea Salt
Herb or your choice
Preparation
Defrost duck in the fridge
Preheat oven 350°
Take duck out of its bag in the sink
Drain and take out anything in that is in the cavity of the duck
Place in buttered roasting pan, breast up
Sprinkle with Sea Salt and any other herb you desire
Place lid on roaster in oven for 2 hours
Remove lid and place back in oven for 30-45 minutes
Remove duck from roasting pan onto serving plate
Sieve duck fat into bowl and save for making mayo
Enjoy
