Ingredients

½ c. Cream Cheese, room temp.

½ c. Yogurt, plain

½ c. Heavy Cream

4 Eggs

¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar

¼ tsp. Sea Salt

Preparation

Egg Custard

 

½ c. Cream Cheese, room temp.

½ c. Yogurt, plain

½ c. Heavy Cream

4 Eggs

¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar

¼ tsp. Sea Salt

 

Place 3 Ramekin dishes on baking sheet


Place Cream Cheese in bowl beat with mixer

Add rest of ingredients beat together  

Divide into 3 Ramekin dishes


Place in a 325° oven, bake for 45-50 min


Shut off oven and leave in oven for 1 hour

They do shrink a little, top with whipped heavy cream

Eat warm or cold
