Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef
¾ - 1 tsp. Sea Salt
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Onion Powder (optional)
12 Eggs, medium size
Grated Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Preparation
Pre Heat oven 350
Line 12 muffin tin with parchment paper cups
In a bowl combine all ingredients except Eggs and Cheese
Using a cookie scooper scoop, scoop mixture into your parchment cups 1 (1 ½ Tbsp.) scoop per cup
Then smooth meat around the paper cup making sure the cup is covered and no holes in the meat
~If you want dairy put a little cheese in each cup
Crack egg into each meat cup
~If cheese place a little on top of egg
Bake 26-28 min
Unwrap and serve on a place
