Ingredients
What you need:
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 tsp. Sea Salt
Pinch - 1/8 tsp. White Pepper
1/2 tsp. Fresh Rosemary, chopped
12 Eggs, medium size
6 Tbsp. Cheddar Cheese, grated (optional)
Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350° F
Line 12 muffin tin with parchment paper cups
Mix together Ground Beef, Sea Salt, White Pepper and Rosemary
Divide into 12 small meatballs, approx. 1.3 -1.4 oz. each
Flatten between palm of hands
Place in muffin cup, form to cup
Crack egg into each meat cup
If cheese is desired place 1/2 tablespoon of cheese on top of each egg
Bake 28 – 30 min
Unwrap and serve
