Ingredients

12 Egg Yolks

1 c. Cheese, grated

1 c. Cottage Cheese

1 tsp. Oregano, dried

½ tsp. Sea Salt

Preparation

In bowl place the Egg Yolks and beat on high speed with mixer for 3 minutes


In food processor add Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Oregano and Sea Salt blend well


Pour food processor ingredients into the beaten Egg Yolks and blend well

Pour into non-stick Baking Mat or parchment paper lined 18x12 Jelly Roll pan


Bake 16-18 minutes on 350°


Remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes to cool for easier handling

Roll Egg width wise then cut into pieces

Serve or fry lightly in butter or brown butter and serve
