Egg White Cheese Buns

Ingredients

 4 egg whites (Save your egg yokes for coffees of ice cream)

3 /4 c. – 1 c. Marble or Cheddar Cheese, grated

Preparation

Whip Egg Whites, until form stiff peaks


Add ½ c. Grated Cheese in your egg whites and slowly carefully fold together with spatula

Using spatula scoop buns out on a parchment paper cookie sheet


Make 6-8 buns ½ in. thick and about 4 in. wide

Sprinkle 1/4c -1/2c grated cheese on top of each bun


Bake in a 350° oven 24-25 minutes


Once out of the oven flip buns over to cool


Move to a zip lock bag they will stick together the next day but separate easily

The buns maybe crispy when they come out of the oven but will soften in the bag, which makes them great for sandwiches

-Can also make hot dogs by making longer buns
