About the Recipe

Ingredients
 What you need:
4 egg whites
3/4 c. – 1 c. Marble or Cheddar Cheese, grated

Preparation
What to do:
Preheat oven 350°F
Whip Egg Whites until stiff peaks form
Add ½ c. Grated Cheese to your egg whites, gently fold together with spatula
Using spatula, scoop buns onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Make 6 - 8 buns 1/2 in. thick approx. 4 in. wide
Sprinkle 1/4 c.–1/2 c. grated cheese on top of buns
Bake 24 - 25 minutes
Once out of the oven flip buns over to cool
Place in resealable bag; they might stick together the next day but will separate
The buns may be crispy when they come out of the oven but will soften in the bag, which makes them great for cold sandwiches

Notes:
Can also be shaped into hot dog buns by making them longer
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â If using for hot sandwiches, eat the buns soon, or they will become soggy
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Use egg yolks for coffees , ice cream , or Egg Yolk Noodles
