Egg Yolk Cheese Ball

Ingredients

8 Egg Yolk

¼ c. Heavy Cream

1/8 c. Water, cool

2 Laughing Cow or 1.1oz. Cream Cheese

¼ tsp. Sea Salt

3 tsp. Cheese Powder

1-2 Tbsp. Cheese Crumbs (optional)

Preparation

Place pot on medium heat (heat empty pot a bit)

Add Egg Yolks in pot

Stir with fork

Add water

Stir

Add Laughing Cow and Sea Salt

Stir until Laughing Cow is combine and starts to thicken

Switch to stirring with a spatula turn burner to low


Add Cream and Cheese Powder

Stir until thickens


Stir well place Egg Ball mixture onto plate, let cool a little

Place piece of plastic wrap on the counter big enough to be able to wrap the Egg mixture into ball

Pull all the ends together between your thumb and forefinger then twist the ends together forming  tightly plastic wrapped ball

Using twist tie to hold the top closed

Place in fridge 3-4 hours


Remove Cheese Ball from plastic wrap place on plate add Cheese Crumbs

Roll Cheese Ball in the crumbs and press them into the Cheese Ball

Serve or store in fridge in sealed container


-Eat with carnivore crackers or just on top of your steak
