Ingredients

12 Egg Yolks

1 1/2 Tbsp. Cottage Cheese

1 1/2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese

1/8 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

1 Tbsp. Cheese Powder

2 tsp. Beef Gelatin

1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

Preparation

Place oven rack in middle of oven

Preheat oven 325°

Place all ingredients into blender

Beat well

Pour onto Reusable Baking Mat lined 12 x 18 sided pan

Bake 13 minutes

Flip noodle onto cooling rack remove baking mat

-        If desire is for fettuccine type noodles roll noodle

-        Roll widthwise for more noodles, roll lengthwise for longer noodles

-        Move to cutting board and cut desired width of noodles with sharp knife

-        Unroll noodles and place on serving dish or in container

-        When noodles cool place lid on container and in fridge

If desire is to make noodles for lasagna type dishes

-        Flip noodle onto cooling rack remove baking mat let cool 5-10 minutes

-        Move to cutting board cut desired noodle slices

-        Move back to cooling rack cool completely then use in desired recipe
