Ingredients

12 oz. Ground Beef, hot fried

1 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

2 Tbsp. Bacon Fat

8 oz. Fatty Beef Bacon

8 oz. Beef Liver, sliced thin

1 Tbsp. Bacon Fat

Preparation

Place hot fried Ground Beef, Sea Salt and Bacon Fat in food processor and blend

Fry Bacon in hot pan

When Beef Bacon fat is rendered remove 3/4 of Beef Bacon leaving Fat in frying pan

Place the Beef Bacon into food processor and beat

Add Beef Liver

Fry until Liver is slightly pink inside

Pour all frying pan ingredients into food processor

Blend until smooth

Pour into 1.4L greased glass loaf pan

Press down and smooth out

Pour 1 Tbsp. melted Bacon Fat on top of Pâté

Refrigerate overnight

Cut and serve or place in sealed container
