Ingredients
1.8 lb. Ground Beef, raw
8 oz. Beef or Bison Heart, ground, raw
4.5 oz. Beef Bacon, raw
1 tsp. Sea Salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl by hand
Divide into 7 portions
Approx. Weigh 5.2 oz. each
Take each portion, flatten with a hamburger press
Place on a parchment paper line pan with sides
Bake in 350° oven 25-26 minutes
Serve
