Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef
6.5 oz. Beef Kidney, prepared
1 Tbsp. Parsley, dried (optional)
1 tsp. Oregano, dried (optional)
1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 Garlic, clove minced (optional)
Preparation
Cut Kidney into small pieces or grind
Add all ingredient in bowel
Mix well
Divide into 6 burgers
Use a hamburger press to flatten burgers
Place on a jelly roll pan with parchment paper
Bake 26 minutes
Serve
