Ingredients
Noodle:
4 Eggs, raw
1/2 c. Dry Cottage Cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Beef Gelatin
1 tsp. Oregano, dried (optional)

1st Layer:
6 Eggs, raw
10 oz. Ground Beef, fried
1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

 2nd Layer:
2 c. Dry Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs, raw
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese

Topping:
1 c. Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c. Feta
Sprinkle Oregano, dried (optional)
Preparation
What to do:

Preheat oven 350 °F
Grease 9 1/2 in. deep dish glass pie pan
Place all Noodle ingredients into blender
Blend well
Pour half into heated frying pan, fry egg noodle, do this twice

In bowl add Layer 1 ingredients mix with spatula
Pour mixture into prepared pie pan
Place noodle over meat mixture (layer 1)

In same bowl add Layer 2 ingredients mix with spatula
Pour mixture on top of noodle
Place noodle over cottage cheese mixture (layer 2)

Place topping cheeses in order
Sprinkle Dried Oregano

Bake 50 minutes
Insert knife, if comes out clean Quiche is done if not bake for 5 more minutes
