About the Recipe

3 Triangles of Laughing Cow or 1.7oz. Cream Cheese

2 1/2 c. Heavy Cream

Put Laughing Cow Cheese in 4 c. bowl or measuring cup

Using blender beat cheese

Pour in Heavy Cream

Blend well

Stop, scrape bowl with spatula to make sure you are getting all the cheese off the bottom

Blend until stiff
