About the Recipe

What you need:

2 Triangles of Laughing Cow or 1.2 oz. Cream Cheese

2 1/2 c. Heavy Cream

What to do:

Put Laughing Cow Cheese in bowl

Using hand mixer beat cheese

Pour in Heavy Cream

Beat until cream starts to thicken

Stop, scrape bowl getting all the cheese off the bottom

Blend until stiff
