About the Recipe

Ingredients
2 Noodle Recipes (Egg White Noodle and Egg Yolk Noodle)

Layer 1:
1 c. Dry Cottage Cheese
1 c. Wet Cottage Cheese
1 Egg, raw
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

Layer 2:
3/4 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
3/4 c. Cream Cheese
3/4 c. Mashed Boiled Eggs, approx. 2
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt

Topping:
1 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 c. Beef Bacon, cooked, chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven 350°
Cut noodles to fit 8 x 8 glass baking dish
Using Beef Bacon fat to grease baking dish
Place one noddle on bottom, set aside
In medium bowl mix Layer 1 together
Pour over Noddle in baking dish
Place Noddle on top
In same bowl, mix Mashed Egg and Cream Cheese with blender
Add 3/4 c. Cheddar Cheese and Sea Salt, blend
Using spoon stagger mixture on Noddle
Using butter knife smooth out layer
Add top Noodle
Layer topping to finish
Place in preheated oven for 30 minutes
Remove from oven let sit 10 minutes
Cut and serve
Enjoy
-Noodle recipes will have some noodles left over to serve for other meals
