Soaking in heavy cream the night before will lesson the liver taste

Ingredients
6 oz. Liver, raw
3 Eggs
2 Egg Yolks
½ c. Cottage Cheese, dry
½ c. Ricotta Cheese
½ tsp. Sea Salt
1/8 tsp. White Pepper

1c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
Beef fat for frying
Preparation
Add all ingredients to blender except the Cheddar Cheese
Blend well
Pour into a bowl
Add Cheddar Cheese stir with spatula
Heat a frying pan with beef fat
Using 1/8 c. measuring cup scoop pancake mixture into hot pan
Stir mixture each time before making a pancake to make sure you get some cheese in each pancake
Flip pancakes when looking lightly brown on underside
When second side looks lightly brown move to a plate

If you want a lessen the liver taste soak in heavy cream overnight, rinse and use
