About the Recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs. Ground Beef, raw
1 tsp. Sea Salt
8 oz. Sausage, fully cooked cut into slices
2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 Hard-boiled Eggs, sliced
Preparation
Mix Ground Beef and Sea Salt together
Place Ground Beef into an 8 inch cast iron frying pan (with lid)
Flatten Ground Beef so that you have a thin layer on the bottom and the rest comes up the sides of the pan
Place 1 c. Cheese across bottom
Layer cut Sausages on top of cheese
Layer sliced Hard-boiled Eggs next
Add remaining 1c. Cheese
Fold over sides of ground beef to make volcano leave hole in center
Place in a 350° oven
Bake 40-45 minutes
Use spatula to remove volcano and place on serving plate
