Ingredients
3 Chicken Breast
(or as many as you like)
Preparation
Cut Chicken into bite size pieces
Place in a pot cover with water
Cook Chicken on medium heat until it is tender
After 10-20 minutes use a fork break up clumped chicken
Make sure water covers Chicken throughout the cooking
Should be done in approximately 30-40 minutes
Chicken pieces should break apart with you poke with a fork

Place a metal sieve in a metal bowl and pour or scoop out Chicken into sieve
Save the chicken broth for soup or drinking at a later time

Place Chicken pieces in a separate bowl and cool approx. 1 hour

Place Chicken pieces into a food processor
Beat until minced
Store in lidded bowl in fridge if you are using in the next couple of days or
Measure out 1 cup of Minced Chicken and store it in a vacuum packed bag in the freezer until needed
