Ingredients
What you need:
1 lb. 14 oz. (approx. 3 Chicken Breasts)

Preparation
What to do:
Cut Chicken into bite-sized pieces
Place in pot filled with water
Cook Chicken on medium to medium-high heat until it is tender
Stir Chicken occasionally with fork to break up clumped chicken
Make sure water covers Chicken throughout the cooking process
Should be done in approx. 30 minutes
Chicken should be tender and break apart easily with fork
Place metal sieve over metal bowl, pour Chicken into sieve
Set aside Chicken broth for other uses such as making soup
Place Chicken pieces into separate bowl and cool approx. 1 hour
Place Chicken pieces into food processor
Beat until minced
Measure one cup Minced Chicken, place  in vacuum storage bag, in freezer until needed.

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â This process can be used for Chicken, Turkey, and Duck
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â If you have baked Chicken, Turkey, or Duck, cool cooked pieces and mince them in food processor
