Pastrami and Cheese Buns Egg White Style

Ingredients

5 Egg Whites

2/3 c. Gouda Cheese, grated

1 oz. Pastrami, chopped

Topping:

1/4 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

1/4 c. Gouda Cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat oven 350°F

Beat Egg White to stiff peak with mixer

Carefully fold 1/2 of the Gouda in Egg Whites using a spatula then add remainder and fold in

Fold in Pastrami gently

Using spatula scoop out egg white mixture on to parchment paper covered cookie sheet

Flatten out slightly

Mix topping in small bowl with hand

Then sprinkle equally on top of each bun

Bake 26-27 minutes

Carefully flip them over to cool on pan

When completely cool place in self-closing bag or container and store in fridge

Next day they will stick a little together just pull apart and enjoy
