Ingredients
2 x 213g Wild Pink Salmon
½ tsp. Sea Salt
3 Eggs
½ c. Smoked Cheese, grated
1/2 c. Mushrooms (optional)
Desired Meat topping approx. 1/2c. - 1 c.
Desired topping Cheese approx. 1c.
Feta Cheese sprinkle on top
Preparation
Drain the 2 cans of Salmon, discard the juice place Salmon in a bowl
Add Sea Salt and Eggs and mix well
Add Cheese mix well
Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper
Smooth out Salmon mixture on pan
Sprinkle on some marble cheese approx. ½ - 3/4 c.
Top with ground beef, or salami or meat of your choice
Mushrooms optional
Sprinkle grated marble cheese
Sprinkle on some Feta cheese
Place in 350 oven for 20 minutes
Place oven on broil and keep an eye on your pizza it will only need 3-4 minutes to brown up
