Ingredients
1 lb. 2 oz. Honey Comb Tripe
½ c. Vinegar
Water
Preparation
Honey Comb Tripe

Makes 4 c. ground Tripe

Prep
Scrape off any impurities
Rub with Sea Salt all over both sides
Rinse in running cool water
In Bowl soak Tripe in cool tap water and Vinegar for about 10 minutes
Rinse under cool running water
Bring water in pot to boil
Add Tripe
Boil for 20 minutes – 2 hours
Rinse Tripe under running cool water
Squeeze water out of Tripe
If grinding put Tripe through meat grinder
Ready to use or store in lidded container
Use within the next few days
~If you are going to grind Tripe up boil it for 20 minutes
~If using Tripe pieces boil for 2 hours (watch water, refill water when needed)
~Tripe pieces are very chew, ground Tripe isn’t and blends well with ingredients
~You can prep any amount of Tripe you desire
