Ingredients

2 Eggs

1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice (optional)

1 Tbsp. Butter, melted

1 tsp. Sea Salt

1/4 tsp. White Pepper (optional)

1/4 c. Heavy Cream

2 – 213g.  Salmon

2 oz. Beef Bacon, chopped, cooked

Preparation

Preheat oven 350°F

Grease 4 1/2” x 8 1/2” loaf pan

Beat eggs until frothy

Add Lemon Juice, Butter, Sea Salt, White Pepper, and Heavy Cream mix

Remove Salmon vertebra (optional)

Reserve Salmon liquid from one can and discard liquid from second can

Mash all Salmon together with fork

Add to egg mixture, beat

Add Cheese Crumbs and chopped Bacon, mix with spatula

Pour into loaf pan

Bake 1 hour

Let stand 5 – 10 minutes, cut, serve
